What to expect
Please arrive 10 minutes early as I do have some paperwork for you to complete and I'll want to have plenty of time for our consultation.
We will start your visit with a full consultation where we'll discuss not just your goals for today but your goals long-term.
I will ensure that you are 100% comfortable and confident before I begin your chosen service, using only the top of the line products.
This is also where we customize your service by adding treatments, styles, and haircuts.
We will also discuss budget to keep your appointment surprise free.
Payment Options
I accept credit and debit. (hst 13% & a 2% processing fee is applied to bill)
All services paid in cash are exempt from 2% processing fee

If it is I want to thank you for trusting me with your hair, I know going to a new stylist can be scary so lets go over what to expect and get those pre visit nerves calmed down!

Salon etiquette
Charisma Hair & Beauty welcomes everyone and anyone. Come as the beautiful human being you are and you will always be accepted and loved.
If you are a chatter box I love to listen.
If you love stories I have lots.
If you are hoping to enjoy a quiet atmosphere we can enjoy each others presence and engage in quietness together.
If you want to zone out and scroll social media the whole time go for it, I have free wifi so you can bring your earbuds and and catch up on Netflix or tiktok it up.
Selfies and snaps of your salon experience are encouraged and allowed.
Do whatever makes you the most comfortable and happy during your stay at the salon.
Covid-19 rules
MASKS
MASKS MUST BE WORN OVER CHIN AND NOSE AT ALL TIMES WHEN INSIDE THE SALON OR APPOINTMENT CAN BE TERMINATED AT STYLISTS DISCRETION
Additionally failure to properly wear a mask can result in termination of being a client at this establishment.
Food and Drink
Unfortunately we can no longer offer food and drink in the salon due to covid-19. Hopefully we can resume offering these amenities soon.
Note to guests
I strive to give you the most professional, high quality services and experience possible.
I would like to note that since its unfortunately been so long since I've been able to work that I will be vary busy trying to work through the 150+ guests that need appointments.
When you are in my chair you will be my only priority as I will be continuing with single booking only.
Additionally since its been so long since you've been able to see me your regrowth will be longer then we would normally like.
This will make it more challenging for some appointments, please keep in mind that your results may differ from what you are accustomed to because we would normally never go this long between appointments.
This means if you goal is to "get it back to what it was before" it may take more than one appointment.
