The experience starts when you submit an appointment request below. I will start by directing you to the salon's online booking site. After you submit your request, I'll double check that the date, time, and service makes the most sense for your hair needs, and we will make it a date!
The day of your appointment you will pull up to the cutest little salon in Chatham-Kent. We've got tons of free parking, and you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on our location.
Once you make your way inside, we will find a spot to sit down for a 15 minute consultation. Here, we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.
If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
We've got Wi-Fi, beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your colour processes. You can even enjoy or stunning view of the down town Chatham
We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot. I will recommend at home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.

As a new client, we'll require extra time for a thorough consultation and proper time to create the look you have in mind!
After your initial service, your maintenance services will be at my regular pricing.
Maintenance appointment pricing applies to clients who receive services every 1-5 months. For clients wishing to go 6 months or longer, no problem, but you will need to select a new client service option at the time of rebooking to ensure we have ample time to reconnect and revamp your look.
Pricing is broken down into different service options to eliminate the confusion of figuring out what service or technique to book. Ahh, finally. A stress free booking experience!

Partial services
This block of time is best for you if you're looking to start your journey of going lighter or are currently light and want to add pops of brightness throughout, blend, or fine tune your color.
When booking this service, select the category of: Partial Balayage for a trendy blended blonde or Partial Highlights for a classic full coverage blonde.
Blonding, Balayage + Highlights
Full services
This service is the same as the partial services listed above, but with extra time added to assure we have time to make magic happen!
This block of time is best for you if you have very thick hair or bra strap length hair or longer.
When booking this service, select the category of: Full Balayage for a trendy blended blonde or Full Highlights for a classic full coverage blonde.

Full services +
This block of time is best for you if you're wanting to add A TON of blonde (think almost all light ends), are looking to get both highlights and low lights, getting rid of excessive warmth/brassiness, need to blend splotchy/chunky highlights, or haven't had your hair colored in 5 months or longer. As long as we've got a great starting point, this option can achieve the most dimension and lightness possible in one session. This service includes all treatments necessary to keep your hair healthy on your blonde journey.

Extensions
Extension services
Hand Tied Extensions are the hottest, fastest, and least damaging method on the extension market today.
Installation is fast, with equally fast removal. The process involves sewing multiple pieces of hair together and attaching the row to the head using a bead and string.

Colour Correction
Colour Correction services
I would recommend booking a colour correction service ff you have used any at home, drug store or "box" dye in the last 10 year, have had your hair coloured darker at home or professionally in the last 10 years and want to go lighter, your hair has been lightened unprofessionally or your hair has been damaged by chemicals or heat.
